It has been a pleasure to serve you this past year. We know how much you value yoga and the opportunity to practice in a beautiful, welcoming and safe space. It is our goal to continue offering high quality classes, teachers and staff to meet all your yoga needs.

Once again we've had a full year filled with positive growth. Some highlights include the addition of more weekly classes including speciality classes, like Amrit and Iyengar. We've expanded our front desk staff so that our teachers can focus more on being present with you as you set up for class. We are grateful to the seva staff who help with checking in and answering your questions.

Kids yoga is now offered EVERY week on Saturdays. Maggie and Amy are highly qualified and trained in working with kids. They have so much fun! In addition to our weekly kids yoga classes, they offer a kids' night out each quarter so that parents can have a date night or time to themselves.

In June we celebrated our 5 year anniversary. What a milestone and honor to celebrate with you! A big Thank You to everyone who came out, ate, drank and listened to good music.

In October we participated in the Carlisle Halloween Parade. The spooky military truck was overflowing with skeletons doing yoga. Our float won first place!

In addition to the abundant classes and numerous special workshops, we welcome new teachers to the team. It's great having Irene, Alison and Katie on board!

Our retail area has grown so that you can take home your own essential oils, yoga mat bags, t-shirts and other related products.

And lastly, it is wonderful to have Christine Lauriello as our office manager. For 2016 she will be working every day to help with the operations of the studio. Thank you Christine for y0ur dedication to keep things organized and running smoothly.
We hope that you will join us for our annual winter yoga retreat to the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts this February. We encourage you to participate in the 30 day challenge. This year we are partnering with Home Cooked Healing to offer a special health component. In addition to challenging yourself to do more yoga, you will have the opportunity to make bigger lifestyle changes.
