Just "Kid"-ing Around Yoga: Playful Yoga for Adults
Saturday September 26, 2:00 - 3:30

We often hear the parents of our kids yoga participants say how much they'd like to join the kids yoga class!  Here is your chance!  Let your inner child out to play in this class using a playful approach to yoga. Get silly with an active and creative yoga sequence followed by yoga games, mindful activities and a guided relaxation. In the second part of this class we will explore what our inner child really needs on a regular basis through discussion, journaling and a meditation activity.  Led by Amy Necci. Cost $20.  Click here to register.

An Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method

Friday 7-9 pm & Saturday 1-4pm

The Feldenkrais Method is used to reduce pain or limitations in movement, improve physical function, and promote general well-being. Through this Method students learn how to increase range of motion, improve flexibility and rediscover their innate capacity for graceful movement. The movement sequences of the Feldenkrais Method enable you to bring your full self to your movements, habitual patterns and rigidities to expand your options for new ways of moving.  Click here to learn more.  feld_copy2
